Offering Green Certification

Offering Green Certification inspections is a great way to increase ancillary revenue from your current home inspections and generate new Green Certification-only inspections.  All Green Certification inspections must be performed by an InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspector® who has taken InterNACHI's Green Building course.  If you meet these requirements, follow these simple instructions to perform a Green Certification inspection.

Green Certification Green is pleased to announce the Green Certification initiative that will help identify environmentally friendly homes for home buyers and help promote environmentally friendly homes for home sellers.

Move-In Certified® Yard Signs

Yard SignMove-In Certified® yard signs are great advertising.  They sell your inspection services while you're not even there.  Let your client use the sign until the home sells, then pick it up and use it for another home-selling client.

Are you an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector®?
Here are some advantages of offering Move-In Certified® Seller Inspections:

  • Seller Inspections allow you to catch inspection jobs upstream, ahead of real estate transactions--and the competition.
  • A Seller Inspection is easier to schedule because it's not under the same time constraints of a buyer's contingency inspection.
