Green Certified home is a highly desirable home. As both energy costs and environmental awareness rise, more and more people are on the look-out for homes that are less expensive to live in and are better for the environment. To certify your listings, either have your client
perform a self-check on their home, or suggest that they hire an
InterNACHI certified home inspector to provide a full
Green Certification inspection. Once your client receives his or her Green Certificate, you can begin advertising the home as
Green Certified.
